Are you a first time buyer? If you are thinking of purchasing a home, NOW could be the best time to purchase your dream home. Not only are interest rates at their lowest in years, many homes in our area are discounted and if you qualify (there are certain income restrictions) you can claim the $8000 tax credit that you never have to pay back! If you are a single homebuyer making less that $75,000 per year or a couple earning less than $150,000 you may qualify. This home must be purchased no later than December 1, 2009!
